Manisha Sitaram Ghule
Work Experience: 10 Years. Manisha is founder member of Navchetana. She was married at age of 13 and then been through very difficult life. Manisha has completed MSW.
Datta Sitaram Ghule
Datta has been working with Navcentana since 2016. His main role is to support members of 3,000 women SHGs through micro enterprises promotion that includes training and marketing. He supports Navchetana in documentation and administration. Qualification – MBA.
Jyoti Rameshwar Sambre
Jyoti has been working with Navchetana since its inception in 2008. She has played a key role in promoting micro businesses for the members of women Self Help Groups. She has contributed into Navchetana’s work against Gender Based Violence in 160 villages. BA in Marathi literature.
Kaushalya Chandrakant Thorat
Kaushalya joined Navchetana in its beginning. Her main role is doing advocacy with govt on women related schemes. So far, 2,500 women received benefits under various schemes of govt through her help. Kaushalya has supported 20,000 women to get their name registered in property documents of land and house. 12th pass.
Vijaya Sham Kamble
She has been working for last 5 years. Business training and market linkages. She has setup garment unit in Kaij where 200 single women have been working. 3,000 women got support for micro enterprises. 12th pass and Diploma in Education.
Rekha Balasaheb Vairage
She is working with Navchetana for last 5 years. She looks after women federation. She does advocacy on women’s issues at gram panchayats, taluka Panchayat Samiti and District Panchayat Parishad. She has been fighting for women’s rights and dignity in the project area of Navchetna. She also responsibility to support families in 5 villages for water. 12th pass.
Mahadev Ganpatrao Jogdand
Mahadev joined Navchetana in its beginning (2008). He looks after education of children of NT, DNT, SC, ST communities. So far, 2,000 children of those communities have been getting education in government schools through support of Mahadev. He looks after liasoning with government for basic needs (electricity, water, PDS) and documentation (voter Card, ADHAAR Card) of marginalized communities. Mahadev reached out the sugar cutters who have been migrating 6 months every year to other districts every year. Mahaved could checked migration of 1,700 families by providing them alternative mean of livelihoods. 3,000 children of migrating families have been linked with seasonal hostel scheme of the government. Laxmi Laxman Bora
She has been working for 6 years, women SHGs and addressing GBV through SHGs. She helped 3,000 women by availing benefits of government schemes for poor people in Kaij Block. BA and ANM.
